It has been a busy 2 weeks! Trying to catch up on things around the house that has gone undone. Haven't had much time to get on sparkpeople but I am trying to be very careful about what and how much I'm eating. Time for bed:)

Day started out really good, did my cardio and strenght training. My kids made dinner for my birthday, pasta, bread and ceasar salad and ice cream cake. I did watch my portion sizes but I have no idea how many calories I had. We had a really nice day with everyone together:)

Was pleasantly surprised today! Put on a blouse I don't wear too often because the short sleeves were a little snug, but it's a deep royal blus and I just love the color. So today when I put it on I was shocked that the sleeves were actually loose:) I was even more surprised I think because I haven't been keeping up with doing my cardio 3 times a week, so I' assuming it's been the strenght training as I have been keeping up with that for the most part:) Just thrilled today!!!

    Congratulations. I don't always stick to my cardio, but some how the weight does come off and my clothes feel so much better. So I know how you are feeling.

Still trying to get back on track with my cardio. Just never seems to be enough hours in the day. Best laid plans somehow always seem to go by the wayside. I've been doing pretty good with my nutritional plan. I haven't gained anything so that's a huge plus. I have been doing pretty good with my strenght training, just need to get the cardio in. I did manage to get in my cardion today and I'm hoping to fit in a little at least 5 days out of the week with hopes that it will add up to at least my target cardio. Just trying to figure a way to fit it in so I'm hoping this will work. It's not idea but if it works it will be great. I've barely had time to get on sparkpeople to log my meals to make sure I'm keeping in line with that.

Feel bad I haven't had time to respond back and post, but I'm still hanging in there. So to those I haven't resonded back too, know I'm not just slacking just lacking time:(

Was finally able to get an element for my oven. But we got it in so I'll be able to cook dinner tomorrow night. It has been a challenge to cook without it and trying to plan meals that could be cooked on the stove top. So I'm looking forward to having my oven back:)
