Still trying to get back on track with my cardio. Just never seems to be enough hours in the day. Best laid plans somehow always seem to go by the wayside. I've been doing pretty good with my nutritional plan. I haven't gained anything so that's a huge plus. I have been doing pretty good with my strenght training, just need to get the cardio in. I did manage to get in my cardion today and I'm hoping to fit in a little at least 5 days out of the week with hopes that it will add up to at least my target cardio. Just trying to figure a way to fit it in so I'm hoping this will work. It's not idea but if it works it will be great. I've barely had time to get on sparkpeople to log my meals to make sure I'm keeping in line with that.
Feel bad I haven't had time to respond back and post, but I'm still hanging in there. So to those I haven't resonded back too, know I'm not just slacking just lacking time:(
