Saw on tv recently, I think it was The Doctors, which reported that people who ate breakfast lost more weight. Not only that, they did better at school. Well work for me.
So here's my healthy breakfast - 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tsp honey.
Washing it down with coffee. Gotta have my cup of joe. Then it's off to the water fountain to fill up my water bottle.
Just to had to add in lunch here:
Dark crispy lettuce, raspberries, slivered almonds, raisins, cherry tomatoes, raspberry balsamic vinegar. OMG soooooooooo good!
Zumba & yoga tonight!
