I am taking it one day at a time. I have lost another 2# and I am happy about that. I am using medifast during the day and having one evening meal. So far it is working. Thank you everyone for your support. Have a great day.

I am having such a hard time getting back on program. I make it through the day but during the evening hours I devour anything that I can get my hands on. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I beat myself up mentally everyday lately for failing. I need to get out of this routine. It just makes it harder and I feel sad. I am sorry to be whiny today. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get out of this self destructive routine. Thanks for listening to me.

    Boy, do I relate!
After watching what I eat and exercising (heck, even if I don't), by evening it seems I get just ravenously hungry and ready to eat everything I own, starting with the stuff that's the worst.
I just try to go to bed early so I don't have to think about it because not even my little hobbies will preoccupy my mind. I wish I had better advice, but that's all I've got, lol.

    I do the exact same thing, but my advice to you and (me), is to take it one day at a time, even one hour at a time, it doesn't seem so hard that way. You could also do something else when you feel like eating, maybe something that would make you feel good. I know it's hard, good luck

    Hi Donna
I too stuggle during the evening. I have discovered that I do much better if I don't flop in front of the tv - too many food ads. In fact (when the heat allows) I do better if I get up and get outside. I pull a few weeds and water the plants and essentially pass the danger hours away. I can't just have an evening with no activity because I will eat everything in the house including the countertops. Hang in there.

Hi everyone, Went to the doctor Wed. Everything is looking good. I lost another 4 #. It sure is hard but I know I can do it. Thanks for the support everyone.

    Congrats! it's always great for me to go to my endocrinologist appointments and see how much I've lost because I don't own a scale (and if I did, I think I would be on it 10 times a day which probably isn't healthy lol). I'm glad to see you're on the right track, together we can do this.

July 1 Time to get down to business

I have restarted the complete fast using the medifast liquid program. I am starting over again. I will not give up. Everyday I am going to think positive and remember why I am doing this. It is for myself so that I may enjoy life and family. This is a wonderful group of people and I appreciate everyone support. I will get weighed tomorrow and I know I have lost some weight. It is a beginning to a healthier me.
