I've been working hard to get healthy, of course I have it easier than some...I'm a Celiac who is on a restrictive diet. For me...cutting down on fast foods and other unhealthy dishes is a no brainer...can't have those anyway. But Celiacs have to watch out for food designed for their gluten free diets. A recent article in Gluten Free Living examined how these special products for Celiacs are actually very high in calories and fat. Bummer! For all you Celiacs or Gluten Intolerant folks...watch out for hidden calories and extra carbs.
With the help of my personal trainer and SparkPeople.com, I've lost 14lbs. I've reduced my hips by 5 inches and tummy by 6 inches. Life as a Celiac is challenging, but we can lead healthy lives if we choose to be healthy. Good Luck
