All glory for this child is given to God. He planned for him to come into our lives at just the time He had planned. Megan and Nick went through years of hurts, pain and disappointments to get these twins. They are truly blessings from a mighty and loving God.
The boys turned on month old on January 16th. Megan and Nick went back to Baptist Hospital, Nashville NICU to see the boys again this weekend. They live two hours away and Megan works Monday through Thursday and spends Friday through Sunday with boys during the times they can be with them. Samuel and Isaac no longer needs nurses right by them 24/7. Praise God! They have had not major setbacks despite the dire warning from several doctors. Thank you,Jesus!
This morning I woke up to the picture below in my email. She was able to hold Samuel, kangaroo style. Hopefully, today it will be the smaller twin, Isaac's turn. He now is 1.11.
He has been diagnoses with congenital hypothyroidism. He has been on sythyroid, just like me, now for a week. There can be some dire consequences of this problem if not caught in time. This leads me to wonder if that is why God had them come early (?).
Thank you God for these boys and their parents. May they grow to be men that love and serve you with all their hearts. We give you ALL the praise, honor and glory. Nothing is impossible for you, God!
