Well, it's been over two weeks since I have done any kind of exercising. I have been healing from my injuries, and I know I have gained weight since I haven't burned any calories. Tonight I decied to at least try some lower body exercises. I took it easy and did a Prevention cardio DVD and Coach Nicoles' calf hops and squats, glutes videos. I could feel the pain in my shoulder, but it was not unbearable. If the weather is nice tomorrow, I might try a walk/jog. I just can't do nothing this spring.
