I've been able to curb my screen time quite a bit. Still have a little ways to go, but have it enough to do some basic stuff here on SP. Now I'm focusing more on my nutrition and exercise. The things I'm focusing on I have put plans into action. I've joined the 'Tame your sweet tooth challenge' here on SP , I signed up for Spark Coach , I decided to use GNC's lean shake for a little bit so I can focus on snacks and dinner and making them healthier. Trying to focus on all 5 was a little much for me. I don't like the idea of meal replacements, deep down I believe we should get all of our nutrients from food, but I have a lot of bad habits in the way of carrying that out, so I'm focusing on snacks and dinner now. Then I'll add breakfast, then lunch, then finding the right foods for the supplements that I'm taking for hormone balance. I'm going to take a picture of me every day - I may not be posting everyday, but I'll post maybe once a week or so - when I remember to.
