Hello my friends,
March is over and it is time to look at how I did with my goals. Do you track your goals monthly? I highly recommend it. It does not have to do with just with weight loss. It could any habit to want to incorporate into your life, like saving money. I keep mine on the fridge so I look at them at least once a day, So here is how I did on mine.
To lose 4 pounds to 152.5. I actually made 151.5! I actually looked at the scale yesterday and did not believe it. I waited a day and yes, the some. Woohoo for me.
To log at least 2438 fitness minutes. I logged 2854. I blew this out of the water, hence why I lost so much weight
To log at least 1860 spark minutes. I logged 1827. So close!!!!
To log all my food every day. I missed this on two days. For me that is amazing.
To compliment every person I interact with each day with a real compliment. This one needs some work
To eat 8 freggies a day. Another one that is staying. I totally blew this one!
Something I am going to do differently this time is list them in opposite order. In other words, the ones that I come to mind first will be on my list last. The last will be first on my list. Of course, my primary focus is my weight, so even if it is last on my list, it is still in my mind. The ones that are fresh goals for me that need the most work, will need to be at the top of my list so when I glance at it, I will see them.
