I was reading Health magazine and came across an article on what to drink for muscle recovery (tart cherry juice) and to sprinkle cayenne powder on your food to get rid of cellulite. I told my daughter what I learned and she says "You're addicted to health and fitness". I thought, Really? Addicted to coffee, chocolate, food...yes, but no one's ever accused me of being addicted of health and fitness. I think I love my new addiction!! Who would of thought, the girl who hated working out and looked for ways to cheat exercise in gym class, would one day become "addicted" to it!
So thanks, Courtney, I'll take that as a compliment!
