I HATE being sick!

UGH, I hate being sick. I have the stupid stomach flu... it crept up on me really fast during a meeting wed night, and I have been sick since then. I haven't been this sick in years! I mean, I am used to having the trots because I get them all the time from my anxiety disorder, but I have not puked that bad in ages! At least I'm done puking now though. I had to miss work today because I still have a fever, and I can't get too far from the bathroom...

But on the positive side I've lost 2 lbs this week so I'm under my ostara goal...LOL!

Eat your 3 veggies and 2 fruits EVERY DAY! You can do this! That's a chance to get double points (2 each day) for doing what keeps you healthy anyway. Fruits and veggies help stabilize your blood sugar, improve your bowels and fill your belly with fewer calories and no added starches or preservatives. If It's allowed I'd say bonus points for each day you at an organic fruit or veggie as you are supporting mother earth and keeping those pesticides out of your living temple.
