Day 4 of Brazil Butt Lift went pretty well! On the menu today was Cardio Axe, and High & Tight. Cardio Axe is definitely getting easier, it was the third time I've done it in the past 4 days and some of the steps/moves that were tricky the first and second time I tried them are getting easier. Plus the half hour is going by just as fast as earlier in the week. Cardio Axe is probably my favorite so far!
High & Tight was another story. Made it through the whole 35 minutes today, where the other day I only did about 10 because I had to get to work. Although after the entire floor work today I went out to Walmart and bought a yoga mat! The carpet we have in my apartment was doing a number on my knees, it hurt so much to the point where I would have to stop with the exercise move, even though my legs/butt wasn't tired yet! So hopefully the yoga mat will help out A LOT!
Back to work tomorrow. My long week again. Work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, and Sun. My short week that I just had, where I only work Wed and Thurs just ALWAYS goes by entirely too fast. *sigh* Hopefully the next two days go by fast so I can get to my days off quickly!
Did my measurements today and again I wanted to cry. I gained 1.4 lbs since yesterday!!! I'm going to blame it on the fact that I had probably 3 times as much Diet Coke as I did water, so I just have a lot of water retention going on. I mean I didn't eat THAT bad yesterday so I can't imagine I could have possibly gained that! Geesh! I always drink almost a gallon of water on the days that I work, so hopefully by Wednesday I'll get all that retention and sodium flushed through.
Almost done with week one of BBL! I'm excited to start Week 2 on Thursday! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend in Spark land and you all got some awesome work outs in!
