I learned a lot, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
I thought I was "physically fit" and I still think I am, but I have found that I am not strong - in many areas. I have good endurance, but not good balance. I love to run and hike and bike, but have a real hard time doing floor exercises that require precision and concentration.
This really has been a good experience, and I'm looking forward to continuing. I'm also amassing a list of videos that I'll use over and over - and hopefully get better at!
Now I've gotta limp in and take a shower so I can get on with the rest of my day!
