A teammate of ours has been a little discouraged lately, and I would like to give her some encouragement.
Would you join me in giving IMREITE a little moral support to help her get back on her game, successful in her journey and enjoying the Spark community.
Maybe stop by her SparkPage, and leave her a word, or send her a goodie to let her know that we care!
Or post a message to her on the Team Forum: Daily and Summer Fun Chat!
Thank you Spark Friends!

I'm sitting in the sun, on my back patio, trying to get going on my "to do" list for the day. It includes things like work on the scrapbook for my daughter, go to the Farmer's Market down the road, take the dog for a hike....
All of them fun, all of them relaxing, yet I sit here perusing the SparkPeople site as if I had all day. Oh, wait, I do have all day, huh? It's a sunny Sunday and I'm doing whatever I want!
How about you? Got any great plans?
Whatever they are...enjoy your day.

I'm not on vacation, I just moved my work to the cabin for a few days, while my husband moves boats, moorings, and other assorted floaty stuff.
I am feeling very empowered over the usual temptations of cocktails, appetizers and party foods. I don't seem to be worried, anxious, or feeling dread over my potential choices while I am here, like I was last time.
I am still off the scale (3 weeks now) and feel comfortable that I am doing well most of the time. I'm working out regularly, I'm eating right 90% of the time, and even when I over do it in that area, my excess is good stuff...I'm not a junk food junky. So, I feel pretty confident that I can get through this visit without doing any damage to the progress I've made so far.
This is a good feeling. I'll let you know if I am right about it when I get back this weekend.
With a view like this, how could I be nervous?

Emerald cinnamon roast almonds?
Had a single-serving 100 cal package, a surprising number of almonds, and they were fantastic!
Like a party in your mouth! Not sweet, or honey coated, just a touch of spice from cinnamon and crunchy, nutty, goodness.
If you get a chance to try them, go for it!
