I certainly didn't think I could do it today, but I did! I did my stretches, my warm ups and the modified exercises. To the average onlooker my little routine would seem easy and mundane. In my healthy days it would have looked to me that way too. Today I congratulate myself and say WELL DONE! I am pleased with my achievements today. I still find it impossible to get all my nutrients in, especially my protein, but I will find a way and I will improve in that area. All in all, I give myself a pat on the back and say, "Move Onward and Upward!"
