Weigh In Day.

(Jan 22) Last Weigh in was this... 253.3.lbs, 32.8% body fat, and about 83.0 of fat...

Todays Weigh In 252.3 lbs, 32.7% body fat and 82.4lbs of fat.

Not to shabby for skipping a few days at the gym and having a bad food weekend..

Weigh In Day.

My starting point (Jan 1) was.. 255.5 lbs, 33.5% body fat, and about 85.8 lbs of fat.

Today's Weigh-n was this... 253.3.lbs, 32.8% body fat, and about 83.0 of fat...

2lbs fat is now 2 lbs of Muscle!!!!

Not dropping too much wight, but for sure turn fat to muscle!!!!

This is why I do not have an actual goal weight, just a Body fat % between 12-15.
