Day 3 of week 5 - done! I ran 20 minutes without taking a SINGLE BREAK! I can't believe it, but then, I can believe. I'm finally comfortable calling myself a runner. Dude! I'm a runner! I'm so much less intimidated by the end of the C25k program than I was when I started. This is so exciting.
Today is weigh-in day. I've been feeling fantastic about myself and my choices: energized, feeling strongly, etc. I measured myself today. In the last 3 weeks, I lost 2 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off my hips, and a half inch off my neck. Hopefully the scale tells me good news.
