Have gained back 10 of the pounds I lost. Back in the 170s. Exercising is really sporadic. So much for bootcamp. Recommitt(Funny, I only post when I recommit, maybe that's part of my problem.)
Habits I want to change and things I want to check up on everyday:
Food - tracked? in goal? plant based diet?
Coffee - only one cup a day
Soda - cut out of diet completely
Exercise - cardio and stretching at least 3x per week, strength and stretching at least 3x per week
I'm sort of half in and half out on most of these...
