Great job! I think the hardest for me would be the 1 cup of coffee per day :) Keep up the good work!

Stray thoughts

Tuesday, July 01, 2008

Have gained back 10 of the pounds I lost. Back in the 170s. Exercising is really sporadic. So much for bootcamp. Recommitt(Funny, I only post when I recommit, maybe that's part of my problem.)

Habits I want to change and things I want to check up on everyday:
Food - tracked? in goal? plant based diet?
Coffee - only one cup a day
Soda - cut out of diet completely
Exercise - cardio and stretching at least 3x per week, strength and stretching at least 3x per week

I'm sort of half in and half out on most of these...

"I only post when I recommit". Someone pointed out to me once when I start to have problems with my weight or my fitness that she noticed that I hadn't been posting. Seems there is a correlation between posting and success? I know it keeps me focused and somehow it helps me to encourage other people. Sorry about your return to 170-ville, but welcome anyway. Hopefully it'll be a short stay for you.
