Hey guys I went shopping today, had to all my clothes were falling off of me. I have went down 3 sizes so far 4 if I wanted them snug. I am feeling great and on a very big high. I am starting to look and feel lots better, I may have lost only 21lbs but the inches are really coming off. Thank God.

Ok ya'll after falling and twisting my ankle and getting sick on top of that (UGH) I started back on my exercise today. I only did a mile walk tape but it felt great to just be up and running again. I also went outside and played tag with my daughter and nieces and I am proud to say NONE of them could catch me. lol Also I tried on my old faithful around the house jogging pants and they fell right off. Yeaaaaaaa Waaaaaaahooooo. Hope everyone else is doing great and thanks to all the support I get from my teams escpecially the JUNE B- Day Challengers.

okay this sucks big time. I was outside playing with my nieces and I fell and twisted my ankle so I hope it is better by tomorrow I am trying to walk on it but it hurts so I am praying it is better. I dont want a setback. Send yuor goodwishes to me.

Ok its the day after Thanksgiving and I am sooo glad its over but I gained .5 pound so I have to work out extra hard the next few days. My husband said it was worth it tho right the food was great. I told him no it wasnt worth it. He said its just .5 lb I said true but I worked hard for that .5 lb. So back to the old treadmill. lol hope everyone elses thanksgiving was much much better than mine.

I hate rainy days they are sooo depressing. I just feel like I have no energy when its dreary out. It makes it hard to get up and be all excited about exercising when you just want to stay in your warm bed and wait out the cold rain.

    Well, it's 11/16 and we finally got your rain late last night. It is sooooo nasty out there. Luckily, I convinced my husband that we needed a YMCA membership. I highly recommend it if you don't have one. The YMCA is much cheaper than fitness clubs and it has a lot of great stuff for kids and grown ups.

Since I don't have to be at the High School today (hallelujah!) I decided to put my workout clothes in the dryer for a few minutes to warm them up. That helps me make the transition! My husband laughs at it, but it works-try it! :)
Next up is loading the mp3 player with a ton of happy songs. Happy songs have to consist of at least one James Brown song...you can't have happy songs without James Brown! hahahaha

BUT! My best accessory to doing this is I force a smile. I fake it til I make it!:) After I brush my teeth, I smile and I keep smiling and I greet everyone at the YMCA and smile at fellow drivers on the way. I force myself to be happy.

It's not easy. SOme days are harder than others. Tell yourself that you have no choice. This is like being President, you don't get a day off. You can't fake the sick days. Unfortunately when you cut your exercise short, the only person your'e short changing is yourself. :(

Just know that when you get up and exercise this morning, I'll be on the dreadmill at the YMCA. We'll all be working out together in a spiritual kind of way. ;-) Keep your head up!
