**This photo is NOT of me, but it very well could be!**
Yesterday my youngest daughter was at my Mom's house for the day and my oldest was in school. I had to get some birthday gifts because my youngest daughter will be 3 next week. So, I went to Toys R Us. After I was finished there I needed to find something for my 1st grader to wear for school photos this Friday. So I stopped into Sears with the hopes of finding something. Instead of finding clothes for her though, I found a lot of things on clearance for me! I went into the dressing room about 4 times trying different pairs of dress pants and jeans on. If I were thinner and taller (I'm only 5'1) I would have come out of there with a lot more than I did. I ended up with 2 pairs of dress pants and 1 pair of jeans. I really wanted to find more jeans because I barely have any. You see, I have come accustomed to wearing sweatpants most of the time in the Fall/Winter months. I'm a stay at home Mom and don't get the chance to dress up much; so I have become frumpy .
I then went to Burlington Coat Factory where I found a nice top for my daughter for school photos, as well as some tights for her. I then decided to look for pants for myself again, even though I was quite depressed from my dressing room try on's at Sears. I found some nice work out/sweat pants (dressier than what I have now) and a lot of them were too tight on me too! I ended up with 2 pairs of work out pants and a dress shirt.
I do not shop for myself often and it's because I hate the way things fit me. I also hate buying clothes for the size I am now, because I do not plan on staying here (I'm about a Size 14 right now, although it totally depends on the make of the pants/jeans/skirt; sometimes I can fit into a 12 if it's made bigger.) It disgusts me to try clothes on. I hate it immensely. I want to be able to love to buy new clothes because I look good in them, not loathe it because I have to worry if I can fit into them.
So maybe I will take a pair of jeans I have ( a small pair that I want to be able to fit into one day) and try them on once a week to remind me that I have got to eat properly and exercise in order to fit into them someday. What are your thoughts on this?

Hello All! Sorry I have been away from SP for sooooo long. My 2 & 6 year olds keep me entirely to busy. (and not in a way that I can lose weight mind you!) The weather here in Eastern PA has been lovely (read as: NO HUMIDITY----Yahoo!)....up until today that is! Oh, and we did have 2 weeks of horrible rain in the beginning of June. But today feels like it's July. We will be going swimming in a bit since I am sitting out here typing this while I am starting to perspire a little.
The main things I have been trying to concentrate on lately are de-cluttering and organization. Not just my house (which is a big job with all the kids toys!), but also on my computer and the paper trail that accumulates on my desk. And when I'm not trying to take care of that, I've been in the backyard with the kids for most afternoons. And when not outside, I try to fit in the normal cleaning & other errands that have to be done.
So where do I fit in Spark Groups and online socializing, food tracking, exercise, eating properly, etc? How do other busy Moms do it all AND exercise AND eat healthy? I want to be able to do it too! I just don't know how?
