Well, fasting month is here. I am looking forward to fasting. Other than religious reasons, it'll be great to get rid of toxic and whatnot from my body this month.
With fasting, I'll probably won't be working out as hard as I had these past couple of months. If I get 30 minutes 3 times a week, that's good enough. With fasting as early as 4:15am and ends around 9:15pm, there isn't much wiggle room to go to the pool before or after fasting. I'll have to go in around 7:30pm and do a short swim.
Wish me luck! I hate to derail my routine but religion is more important.
