Hey Hey, Here I am 6 months later, and 37 lbs lighter. I've gone down 3 sizes and feel a lot better. Some days I don't feel as motivated, or feel hungry all day-but I keep on going with the help of my teams and food planner I WILL get to my goal! I still need to find an exercise plan that I know I will stick with. That is the hardest part for me. I enjoy doing things that are less active, like art, crafts, reading, and putting in the garden. Gardening can get vigorous sometimes, but not on a regular basis.
