Six months Later

Tuesday, September 30, 2008

Hey Hey, Here I am 6 months later, and 37 lbs lighter. I've gone down 3 sizes and feel a lot better. Some days I don't feel as motivated, or feel hungry all day-but I keep on going with the help of my teams and food planner I WILL get to my goal! I still need to find an exercise plan that I know I will stick with. That is the hardest part for me. I enjoy doing things that are less active, like art, crafts, reading, and putting in the garden. Gardening can get vigorous sometimes, but not on a regular basis.

Good job with your weight loss!!! Gardening can be strenuous but also relaxing knowing you are connecting with Mother Nature.

Made It!

Monday, April 28, 2008

Yes! I made it through my first week, tracked my food every day, and drank all the water most days. I lost 5 lbs! I'm amazed, I really didn't expect that big a loss the 1st. week. I usually average 1-2 lbs a week when I am seriously watching it. I am psyched up now! emoticon

I've never lost that much in a week. Keep up the good work and let's see what this week brings.

Where to Begin?

Wednesday, April 23, 2008

I'm new to this blog stuff, so bear with me.
I've lost and gained enough to make several people in my life time. So my health has suffered and so have my emotions. Now I find myself newly divorced, overweight (again), and ready to make some changes! I know I need help with this, so PLEASE HELP!

I'm new to the site as well...I've been heavy my whole life and am finally looking for a change. I am sorry to hear of your divorce...hopefully you can redirect those emotions to determination to lose the weight. You can do it.
