Even thou I was very active for the day, my motivations wasn''t there, I was forcing myself. I struggle with mindless eating, usually after dinner. My new challenge for twice a week , is to close my kithen after dinner.

I am not allowed tonight to watch TV after work, until I stretch for 5- 10 min.

reaching my goals

Night time is a struggle for me. Last night, I had two slices of bread, and 2 slices of cheddar cheese, that I didnt track. After following the plan all day.
I worked till 9:30 at the mall, when I got home, I was hungry. I was annoyed with my job.
I wasn't mindless eating, I did stop and ask myself if I was hungry.
I am feeling really guilty.

You can't beat yourself up over little slips. Yes, they shouldn't happen and you have to be more mindful, but you did stop and ask if you were hungry rather than just eating to eat. You just need to also ask if what you plan to eat to satisfy the hunger is something you should eat and if it will make you feel good or bad when you're done. Maybe that would have helped curb the choice? But, bread and cheese are not the worst things you could eat either so the choice wasn't that bad. You can't be mad at yourself and feel guilty for eating - that's what causes us to spiral out of control in the end. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and do better today. Each day IS a new day and one day in the big scheme of things isn't going to hurt anything. Be proud of what you've accomplished so far and work towards more without guilt. Good luck!!
