I'm trying to get to the point where I am consistent about keeping up healthy eating and exercising habits. I want to be in shape, so I can have enough energy to keep up with the work I need to do here on the farm and to keep up with my kids activities. Last year, I lost 40 pounds, but have managed to gain them all back. I'm having a hard time keeping on track, but I'm not giving up. I appreciate all the support I receive on sp and everyone on here. Thanks in advance for your continued support on my journey.
