Getting my eating habits changed

The past two days I have been doing a better job of making healthy food choices. I decided to start the fit food challenge. I have to make some modifications due to my food allergies, but it gives me some good ideas. So far so good. I have been doing the challenge for 2 days now. Hopefully this will become a good habit again of eating healthier foods. Now I need to get to exercising, too.

Eating right

I am really having trouble sticking with eating healthy foods. I start out well, but always seem to slip up before the day is over. I can't seem to get my exercise into each day either. I'll just keep plugging along, I guess!

I did a little better today in the healthy eating department. I have had two healthy meals so far and a not so healthy snack.That's better than I have been doing! I will be eating a healthy supper tonight. Still haven't managed to get much exercise. One step at a time. I will gradually get there.

Trying to stay positive

In trying to get back on track I'm trying to find a few positive things to say about myself. 1. I'm starting each day with a healthy breakfast 2. I'm drinking more water and 3. I'm getting ready to start a new kettle bell routine-I need to buy a kettle bell first.

Veteran time waster

I'm finding myself wasting time when I could use that time to plan and prepare healthier meals, exercise and spend time with my family. I need to get myself in gear and do what needs to be done if I am going to reach my goals. I have been backsliding way too much and too long.

  You and alot of other people(ME) I am great at making plans but then not keeping them. How can we break this vicious cycle???

    I sometimes can get myself going by promising that after a certain amount of time doing healthier things, I can sit back down. I usually exceed the time and even if I do sit back down, at least I've done something good!
