I just bought a brand new workout "toy", the medicine ball sling. The concept is simple. Place the ball in the sling, tighten the cord, hold onto the rope, and swing away!
This gives you increased range of motion for side-to-side oblique exercises, and also allows you to sling the ball over your head in a circle, or up and between your legs as well.
I highly recommend this item, as it makes the medicine ball workout even more diverse and fun!
