I am still here, I know it's been a little while since I last updated. I am happy to say I am currently down 23lbs and now weigh 233lbs . I have been walking at least 1.4 miles a day, drinking water and keeping my healthy carbohydrates to around 100grams per day. The weight is slow but seems steady which is what I like to see. Obviously it's fun to see a huge weight drop fast but I always worry that it will just come back, which is usually what it always did. So even when some weeks I only lose 1lb, I see it as a positive, 1lb is still 1lb of weight LOSS. The 1.4 miles is starting to get very easy for me to do and I have even started adding jogging intervals into it and I plan on extending my distance to 2 miles.
