After a wonderful, relaxing week in Cuba, I have put 5 pounds back on with no effort at all! Now I am really motivated to get back on track. I was angry with myself when I weighed in and discovered the weight gain, but then I then I became more motivated as I remembered how terrific I felt when I was losing the weight and how fat I felt as I was putting it back on. Sometimes a holiday or rest from tracking food is a good thing and lead to greater motivation when back on track! Had a great holiday but ready to get back to work on the weight and fitness!
