Monday 10/15 - Met with my new trainer Olivia. We had an awesome workout. She had me do the exercises and made sure my form was correct. I have realized I am no where near as fit as I thought. Worked 7pm-7am
Tuesday 10/16 - it is even more evident I am no where near as fit as I thought when I woke up and couldn't walk. My legs were burning with pain. I did manage a 10 mile bike ride, but it was MISERABLE - I am pretty sure there were tears at some point. Worked 7pm-7am
Wednesday 10/17 - still sore. My thighs are BURNING with pain. I didn't work out. It hurt. On another note, I had some friends over for the premier of American Horror Story. I made us dinner (pepper steak, brown rice, spinach artichoke dip and pumpkin pie without the pie) and we watched the show. It was very enjoyable. Still sore
Thursday 10/18 - I spent most of the day volunteering at the library. I made up the Halloween goodie and treat bags we are going to be giving out this year. Each goodie bag includes a pencil, eraser, book mark, spider ring, a few stickers, and some other little scary trinket. The treat bags include two funsized candy bars. I also have a few bags made up with sugar free candy as well. I admit, I ate a 3 Musketeers bar and found it... gross. I have lost my taste for that, which I think, is a very good thing! I then went out to my parents house for dinner. Mother made Lasagne, salad and rolls. I had a 1/2 cup serving of lasagne and some salad. I did not eat a roll. For desert she made mini pies and had ice cream. I licked at a tablespoon of ice cream, but honestly it wasn't that great to me. I went home and made another round of Pumpkin Pie without the Pie and finished up some household chores. I didn't work out this day either, but I am starting to feel better!
Friday 10/19 - Woke up and it was the first day all week my legs weren't screaming in pain! Whoo Hooo! The boyfriend and I went shopping. I bought a new comforter and blanket for my bed. We went out to dinner at Applebees and I got a wonderful under 550 Calorie meal of Steak, shrimp and veggies. I only ate about half and took the rest with me. We went to see Paranormal Activity 4. It was horrible. Honestly, all of the Paranormal Activity movies have been stupid, but this one was extremely stupid. I guess because I know none of that stuff actually exists is why I think it is ridiculous. We have gone to see all of the other Paranormal movies, so, it just seemed like a good idea to see this one. I didn't work out today either.
Saturday 10/20 - worked. I don't have much else to say except I worked, and I never work out on weekends I work because I am too tired from lack of sleep (usually can't sleep till around 3-4 am, and am up at 5:30) When I get home Saturday night, I eat, shower, watch a little TV while my hair dries a bit, then go to bed. I am usually in bed no later than 10.
Sunday 10/21 - I am still working. I will be here until 7 tonight, then home to watch my shows. After those, bed time... have to get up early to meet with Olivia.
I am hoping I have a better workout week for the upcoming one that the last one
