My trainer called me today and canceled our session for tomorrow. Her Auntie died. I expressed my sympathy to her and told her we can reschedule for next week. Now, it is up to me to get my arse to the gym tomorrow and get back on track.

I don't know why I slacked off all week. I should have went to the gym, but found myself doing everything but this week. Monday I bought a new car, tuesday I hung out with friends, Wednesday I went to work, and was sooo tired I just couldn't make it, Thursday was the same thing, and friday as well. Sometimes going to the gym after work is hard. When you work 12 hours, from 5pm-5am - getting the in the morning is just difficult. I thought about going before work, so, I would have to leave the house at about 1:30 because it takes about 15 mins to get there. Work out for an hour then come home, by that time I have to get ready for work...

Really want I NEED to do is stop making excuses and get on the ball. I need to get back on track with food and the gym. Bottom line, no excuses.

    I need to stop making excuses too. I just need to get over myself. I know EXACTLY what I need to do to get where I NEED/WANT to be... I just have to convince my mind that that's what it wants, too. :/

I haven't been to the gym since Monday. I have an excuse for every day why I didn't go, and about a million reasons why I should have went. Tuesday I had plans with friends and i bought a new car. Wednesday I was tired, and today I had to go to the dealership and pick up my tires, and come to work. I am going to try to go to after work, at 530 am, but sometimes working 12 hours on 4 hours of sleep wears on you.

I am going to go on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and try to make up for it.

I have just been so upset because I am not losing weight. I am trying so hard, and get no results. I actually GAIN weight! Then I get frustrated, and I binge.

I started the day out today with 2 slices of whole wheat toast, w/ 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and a nice big cup of hot tea. For lunch I had 2 lean pockets (not a good choice) and some diet iced tea. For my lunch for work I packed but ended up getting Hunan Chicken. Which isn't a bad choice I don't think. I didn't eat the rice, just the veggies and the meat.

My packed lunch I will most likely end up eating at some point tonight. Lets face it, Chinese food really doesn't stick with you. The lunch I packed is actually pretty decent. I also have some good snacks with me too.

That is about it really. I guess I am just frustrated and pi$$ed

    Don't focus your meals around carbs. Veggies and fruit and then protein and carbs. For instance, one piece of toast with natural peanut butter, a couple spoons of yogurt maybe a scrambled egg or egg white with veggies in it. Healthy can be fast. Green tea is awesome for you!!! I'm slowly weening myself off of coffee. You need to fuel yourself wisely in order to have energy.

Leroy my new kitty!

Behold! Here are some pictures of ,y new kitty = his name is Leroy Brown (the baddest cat in the whole damn town) - We adopted him from the Bedford County Humane Society on 2/14/2011. He was born around 9/24/2010 and was a stray.
