Yesterday, I wrote a blog and included in it about how happy and ecstatic I was about buying a size 4 jeans. I made a point to mention that I knew deep down that they were not a REAL size 4, but an American Eagle size 4 which run big. Regardless... in my mind it is a size 4 and I am super excited! I was doing a happy dance all over the dressing room to the point I almost started to cry because I was so happy! I wanted to share that with my Spark Friends. I wanted to share with them how awesome I felt going from a size 22 to a size 4 (even if it isn't a real size 4 - and I am sure I wasn't real size 22 either if we are talking true sizing) and someone had to be a Debbie Downer and ruin it.
If I had feelings, I think that would have been hurt. I don't understand why people have to rain on others parades. Why can't someone just be happy for me, or if they are not, why can't they just ignore the post and not comment at all?
In other news, I have another "ice pick" headache and I have figured out the source. My neck and shoulder muscles are tensing up and making it hurt. I am starting to feel better. I better feel better because I want to do PC Fit at 5:30. I have support group tomorrow night at 6, and I won't be able to take any other PC Fit class besides the 5:30 am class.

I have, what I refer to as an "ice pick" headache. It is the kind where it feels like there is a little man standing in my head stabbing my eye with an ice pick. The fact that I can't take anything other than Tylenol makes it even worse. Tylenol does nothing for pain. I can eat a bottle of it, and it does nothing.
Anyway, I ran out of time today or I would have some pictures of my new hair. Hopefully I won't get distracted tomorrow.
I don't remember if I mentioned that I went shopping for new jeans a few weeks ago. In case I didn't mention it... I went shopping for new jeans and was able to buy... A SIZE 4!!!! Granted, they are an American Eagle size 4 (which tend to run big because of all of the spandex) but in my head they are a 4 and I am excited!
My boyfriend and I went to the Altoona Curve game last night. It was the second to last one of the season. I was excited they won! They scored all 8 runs in the first inning of the game. The rest of the game was pretty uneventful. I didn't overly horrible, but not the best either. Moderation is what it is all about! I had some kind of Jack Daniels punch, that was alright, but not that great. He drank most of it. I had a slice of cheese pizza and some of these awesome cinnamon sugar almonds. Afterwards we stopped at a local custard stand and I had a child's non fat/no sugar added yogurt cone. That was pretty much all I ate for the day, so I was ok with that. When I weighed in this morning, my weight was only slightly up, so I didn't care about 0.2 pounds. That is perfectly natural.
PC Fit was at 9 this morning, and I didn't get up in time.. ugh - I am going to hit the 5:30 am class on Wednesday and Friday. I am working on Thursday, so I am not sure which class I will be able to make it to. We will see.
I am so lazy this week, I didn't really cook anything for myself, so I am eating mostly things that I have had frozen and supplementing with whatever else is in the freeze/fridge. Lucky that pretty much everything I buy is "good" food or food that isn't overly horrible for you.

A new month is almost here! In only a few short hours, it will be the ninth month of the year. Only three more months, and it will be another year. Where does time go?
I have had an outstanding August! Despite taking a week and a half off from PC Fit I still managed to hit my lowest weight EVER of 124.4 pounds! Not only that, but I am getting leaner. My body comp is changing, and underneath all of this skin is some pretty rock hard muscle!
My Goals for Sept.
1. Continue with PC Fit 2-3 times per week. Start upping my weights and pushing myself harder
2. Continue to phase out processed food and snacks for more whole food options.
--- I do a pretty good job at this, but I want to continue to eliminate
3. Work on getting enough fluid - this is a HUGE struggle for me, and I want to continue to work in more fluid.
4. Stop spending money and save for a big shopping trip/tattoos
Basically, I want to continue to maintain what I am doing, and start to push myself a little harder at PC Fit.
In other news, I did a little shopping today and got my hair cut. I will post pictures here in the next few days.
I found out that Babydoll Dresses are coming back in style! Whoo hooo! It is like 1995 all over again! Yay!!! Now I have an excuse to bust out my old Doc from 1995 (that is when I bought them)
Anyway, I don't really have much else to talk about. I had high hopes for this blog, but they kind of fizzled. Hopefully in the next few days I will find my muse.

I am going to have to drink some serious fluids! I am retaining water like mad! I weighed in at 127.4 yesterday and this morning at 129.6! I about fell over! I talked myself down off the ledge by reminding myself that
1. I am retaining water. I have been out of bed over three hours and my ring is still tight.
2. I haven't used the "bathroom" in several days
3. My muscles are sore from PC Fit
And most of all -- IT IS NOT MY TRUE WEIGHT!
I will have to see if the trend continues. The important thing is how my clothes fit. I could be gaining weight as I gain muscle tone? That is a possibility. It is just so hard to tell because of all the loose skin that is hanging around. I can see some definition in my arms, but it is overshadowed by that nasty loose skin.
I took another class yesterday with Coach Mike, and I have to say, I was impressed by this one. I felt I got a good workout, and I was challenged. I also got the new schedule and am super excited that Paul will be taking over the Monday 10:00 slot. I am going to have to make sure to get there for that one because Paul is awesome! I am sore for days after a Paul workout.
Looks like I will mostly have Paul or Anthony according to the new schedule. I like Anthony too, but his workouts are more complicated. They seem to sometimes require more coordination that I have, but hopefully that will come in time. I am going to miss Tony's workout. His workouts were simple and brutal. He used a lot of basic moves that were killer. When you got done with Tony, you knew it!
Anyway, time to get ready for work --
