Getting Back On The Wagon!

I really don't know what happened but I lost my momentum to keep going. So as of yesterday I jumped back on the wagon to a healthier lifestyle. I reset my goals and my weight loss tracker. Worked too hard to get that weight off and feel good about myself.
2010 is going to be a great year. I just started out on the left foot but now I'm on the right foot to success!! I missed reading about my SP friends and the blogs. Thanks to all of you and SP for being there for me.

    You can do this! Glad you are getting back on track. I really hope that everything is great today. You should feel proud that you are doing this for yourself. We can all cheer you on but the work you have to do yourself. I was having trouble too and pushed ahead starting in January. This is our year to shine.

End of new week 1

Well my measurements are the same as last week but I am still exercising. I know it will take time. This is just the update blog I set a goal to do. The stability ball is getting easier to use!! thank goodness.
As I stated a while back, my pc is sick and had to put it in the shop a few days. It has to go back today and hopefully will have it back in the morning. It still has a small problem but needs to be fixed so it doesn't get worse.

    Remember muscle weighs more than fat. I love my ball and I sit on it while I'm on the computer, it takes practice, keep doing it!!

    Hope you get your pc fixed. I am ashamed to say I would be lost without mine. Keep on going and those measurements will drop. It sometimes takes awhile. Have a great day.

Confused???

When I joined Spark People I set mt goal weight at 120 pounds. I got to 124 and everyone.....family,friends and co-workers told me I didn't need to loose any more weight!!! Clothes I wore four years ago are looser now than they were back then and I weighed 120.
Since I gained a couple pounds not logging my nutrition...I am going to set a new goal of loosing to 123 along with my new strength training. I feel great but Need to firm up after the weight loss. I have a litle jelly spot above my belly buton that really bothers me...lol lol!!

Getting Firm

My computor had to go the shop last week and I missed not being able to get on Spark People!! Although I continued to eat healthy and do my walking a couple of pounds crept up on me. After reading the article about blogging to help you reach your goals decided to try it out.
As a starter I purchased an exercise ball and some resistance bands so I can firm up my body. I saved several video's on my Spark page to get me going. Nicole's workout's of Palates are great. This will be chalanging for me as I really hate to exercise but geting used to the "ball" is going to make it fun!! Starting today/ waiste: 30"/hips:36.75"/thighs:20"/arms:10.5".
Goal is exercise every other day. Track measurements weekly.

Step 1: Warm up
Step 2: 10 minute workout
Step 3: Cool down

Almost there

It's been an interesting journey and I have hit several plateaus but I only have four more pounds to get to my goal along the way I have made several friend on here and had a lot of encouragement from them.
Even after I meet my goal I will continue to stay on Spark People to read blogs, huddle with teams, and hopefully be able to encourage others on their journeys. I have learned to eat healthy which will assist me in keeping my weight loss off!!
