I have been having a time trying to stay on track on the week ends as you all know by now, and I tend to agonize over it, well I've decided to look at things in a new light, and look at the positive side of things.
I eat healthy five days a week and I exercise at least 6 days a week, so I have come a long way, I didn't do any of this before Spark. I am acutely aware of the good foods I eat, I'm feeling so much better, my diabetes is under better control, so I should be happy with all this, that's a lot of changes in a short period of time, the week ends will be something I just have to try a little harder to conquer, so I will stop agonizing over this and carry on with all the good things I have achieved, a 27 lb weight loss so far, better health, meeting a lot of wonderful Spark people. Life is good and it will continue to get better.
Be happy with all the goals you achieve, and don't try to make things so tough you will just stop all together, things will fall in place for you, just give it some time.
