Still hanging in there and eating only planned snacks after dinner. Quite often that means no snack at all. I made a vegetable soup yesterday that is made of only vegetables-- no fat and low sodium. It is a soup that can be used any time during the day without running up the calories and fat. I find it very satisfying, as soup is a comfort food for me especially during the cold winter months.
Right now I am working at the self talk thing. Whenever I catch myself thinking in a negative way about myself, I try to stop and think of two or three things that I have done well that day. Funny how hard it is to come up with good things about yourself when you are in the midst of scolding yourself in a negative way.
