I'm feeling great! I had a really day good as far as eating is concerned, drank my 8 glasses of water and met my objective in the exercise department.
One day at a time, one goal a day and before you know it, I will be able to set a new set of goals for myself.
I tried Chef Meg's recipe for Slow Cooker Chicken Provencal Chicken and Beans. It was delicious and filling. It was quick and easy to prepare and filled the kitchen with a wonderful aroma.
Tomorrow, I would like to try a dish made with shrimp and angelhair pasta.
