I am cross training this week To see if i get better results.
I was under the weather last week. This week has to be better, I can resume a more aggressice exercise program.
I am still committed and taking responsibility for what I put in my mouth.
My blood sugar was really low this morning. Eating correctly and exercise really works will continue the Herbalife.
I am going to try herbalife fir a month starting today. I beleive therbalife will help me with portion control.
