On nearly every day we have the chance to make the day great or

OK or just another day. WHY NOT make this day of ours

We all have an average of 26000 days to live in our lives. Some may live

to be 100 years or 36500 but others do not make it that far and may fall in the

15000 to 20000 range. Either way we only have a small ammount of days

to live. Let's live today and soak it up , relax a bit ,get out and do something,

hold or pet our pets, love our spouse, hug or call our kids, spend time with

our loved ones!!

I keep grinding gears! I was in 5th gear going...

I keep grinding gears! I was in 5th gear going 90 and thought hey,

" I want to go backwards....." I know my body is not hurting as bad

as a car would but I have been doing this for years and I am stopping

NOW.

OK to explain: tuesday and Wed I tore it up working and eating amazingly!

I was great and had a Awesome weigh in and felt great. So yesterday

I allowed myself to go nutty when I should have taken a nap... I was tired

and ended up over eating by 1500 or 1/2 pound poof in 2 or 3 hours....

I look back today and see that I watched a movie called 50/50 as my

movie for the week and I think it was just too sad for me and thus

started me on the road to allowing indulgences...and after one the second

is OH so easy to justify right? OK so no more Sad movies when hungry and

tired = BAD NEWS for Chris.

Back on track today and ready to do this!

(but boy that cico posting was sure hard to do today!)

    NEVER MIND CHRIS.... DON'T GET DOWN ON YOURSELF...... WE ALL GO THROUGH BAD EATING DAYS..... JUST THINK LAST TIME YOU DID IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS... THIS TIME ONLY ONE DAY.... Tired but Happy!

I am tired I woke up after just 6 hours last night and plan on a nap after bit.

I am very happy to have completed the slab for the handicap ramp so

the carpenter can move on to the next phase in a couple of days and finish

the ramp up. Back home today and I am probably going to pour a small

sidewalk for the wife and myself to assist us this coming winter

(cleaning easier from ice and snow). However I think I will not start on

that until tomorrow.

Had a great week for working out so far and plan on getting some more

in today as well!

    A sidewalk is an excellent idea. I fret less about my parents now that they put in a sidewalk to the driveway for when it snows.

out a bunch on the rehab...well its 140 am before i could update my blog

and this blog is early for today but I doubt I will get to it later so here we are.
