Roach less Work days.......

Hi all ,

I am back from the rental house remodel . We were able to put in some

more hours 8 today . We got some windows closed in and a new one

installed and closed all in very nicely. I personally reframed and installed

the front door including locks and a deadbolt. We were able to lock the joint

up upon leaving this time. The wife and my DD worked on the draining ditch

and cutting small peices of wood to close small gaps around windows.

We decided to go balistic on the roaches again tonight and I used some

termiticide spray all over the place and the Wife put boric acid in the outlets.

Hoping when I go back solo on sunday that the extra boost has knocked

em back. I do not expect them to be all gone ..

B U T hey , a boy can dream of roachless work days right?

Yes Yes , I know I made a mistake and gave in by not entering my weigh

in weight... Well i did not even blog it yesterday it was so frustrating. I have been

working out and walking a ton lately and just new that when I weighed in the

scale would say 2 pound loss! Well when I weighed in at 276.8 (1.8 + ) from last

week it hit me pretty hard. I commenced to go downhill in the evening and

allowed myself to slip up and over eat some.. That always helps a rough

weigh in right? To go ahead and add an extra 1/2 pound...

I have fallen down before on this journey and the reason I continue

to gradually get healthier and in better shape is this....

    I'm only 11lbs into my weightloss journey and I seem to have hit a brick wall with my weight loss. No loss in like 10 days, despite following my calorie range and exercising harder and more. I stumbled across your blog, looking for inspiration and answers on what to do next.

Any suggestions?

    CHRIS, WE ALL KNOW ONE BAD WEIGH IN DOESN'T NEGATE ALL THE GOOD ONES. LOOK AT ME---I CAN'T EAT AND YET I GAINED 2 LBS SINCE YESTERDAY. GO FIGURE.

A Super Duper Day !!!

Hi everyone ,

I had a Super Duper busy day today. I found out I was MOD as most of you know

and just got caught up spamming a quick Thanks to most of the folks sending

me Grats. I then comenced to shop and load our truck full of supplies ...2 times

and totally reorganize for 6 hours in my garage... Wow and still not finished!

I am finally sitting down to blog at 1130 and have a bunch of friends yet to check

in on still. The positive to a super duper busy day is .......

Even as i am sitting here nibbling my last dark dove chocolate bit , my over all

calories are still under 2,000 for the day !! So through the Pot holes I am and

onto smoother roads! I am really enjoying the work and results I see from it

more and more! ****

**** Yes I use a lot of !!!! because i am really excited ...A lot!!!!

I have been stressing a ton lately with rental trashed ,bugs ,or just all in

all everything. I thought I was making it good but last night and it rolled

over into today I over ate like I am a junkie trying to eat away the stress.

FOCUS

is back and on track .

This road to healthy NEW CHRIS sure has a ton of potholes and some

almost insane to think of climbing mountains B U T I am back up and

    You're on the right road alright - that is the key. You are not lost...the GPS is working. Just need to focus, as you say, and avoid the potholes. Course correct as necessary and you will reach your destination as planned.

You were a Boy Scout right? Always be prepared...but the key is you are on your way -- and almost there in fact!
