A day of rest is nice right?

I caught a flix and had some gaming fun relaxed and had fun!


Day 319 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? Yes .

Spark People loss total pounds- 40.8 as of 8/6/11

Short Term goals :
Weight:
269 (again... 1.5 to go baby!) __ reward = New pair of carpenter jeans(like the ones in my background on my page that are way to big now)

These are my new pants I plan on owning very soon!



263 (again to 50 pounds gone 9.2 to go ! )__ reward = New 75 pound dumbbell (I have decided 75 single arm dumbbell will be my last)
262(low in years)__ New pair of jeans and underwear/socks!
259 __ Party ...One day off no counting no exercise ..fun fun fun !!!!
255__New shirt
249 __ Vacation amusement park( I can fit on the rides!!!)
245__ New wardrobe 3 of each ..shirt,pants,etc etc!!
239 (Maintain)__ Vacation to Universal studios / Disney in Florida and visit my family there!!!

Strength:
3 minute pushups test goal 150 (122 current)__ New pics for my sparkpage, free 1,000 calories and a movie out !
bench 300 pounds max out(240 current)__ Meal out!
curl 60 pounds each arm 10 times(40 now,60 7 times)__ New 75 pound dumbbell ,meal out!
curl 75 pounds each arm 3 times__ New Everlast shirt and shorts/joggers
curl 75 pounds each arms 5 times__ Day off workout/and calories count

I am pumped .... No ...

I AM PUMPED !!!

MY WEIGHT IS GOING THE DIRECTION THAT I HAVE BEEN WORKING

TOWARDS AGAIN ...BTW THAT IS DOWN! ONE MORE POUND GONE

AND VERY HAPPY TO SEE IT GONE.

About a year ago me... 295 ish .

Me about 15 minutes ago .... 271 and dropping...



I am about to do a few workouts and then go mow some grass

(have not mown in ages as my back was always a issue) finally I plan to get

AS WE THINK SO SHALL WE BECOME!!

Hi everyone , We are going to a local metro park and enjoy

some education program called skulls and bones...

The DD says gross..the Ds and Ds both are teasing her....

Today is a day of weight lifting rest but I plan on getting my walk

on ! It is all a bunch of small choices to be a healthier person that are slowly adding up for me. I got to over 300 plus pounds by making small choices to not stop eating ..to not exercise ...etc... So now to make the choices to do the healthier things has slowly changed my mind set. So .... AS WE THINK SO SHALL WE BECOME!!

Hi everyone , Been running around a lot today but i got a little over

1/2 my exercises done and plan to knock some more on Wed.

Walked about 2 miles with my weights on(15 pounds) and was

able to finish up some school work with the children.

A good day.
