I did not realize that 25 feet of line would = such a short ride. i must buy a bigger line and make a larger one for them later on. However ,they love this new one and I hope they enjoy it this summer.

To finish the zip line!

My youngest (with some help) Got the last post in the ground last

night just before dark. So I am about to go and finish hooking

up the wire and pully . Soon they will be zipping on their line!

I will post a video later.

Yesterday was a good day in both exercise and

eating correctly!







MY PLAN :

Day 267 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? YES









Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

Even a Good plan can be exploited

I have heard tell of ways people who are on lapband and other

drastic measures to get weight under control to well cheat it.

Yes and they do.

Granted not all do of course.

I know as I am right now I would cheat the lapban

or whatever they call them I think I have a mental problem with

weight somewhere deep inside I do not feel I am worthy to be in

great shape and happy. I had a very bad childhood

(worse then most ..probably better then others) .

I was told very destructive things like your not good enough

and such from my stepfather ..along with beatings to add to it.

I have been away from this ordeal for over 25 years and it is time

I stop being the person my stepfather told me I was back then.





Today I am going to work harder to eat a lot

less before 6 p.m. as a experiment.

This will allow me to still have calories for my snacks at night.

Food has became my friend again of the evening and no matter

how much I have blogged or chatted about it ..My willpower of

a evening is back where it used to be. This causes me to

become down and depressed for failing. I have changed in one

way that I can see however and that is I am not giving up ,

I must continue to push on and get healthier.

Today is my weights workout day and I will bring myself to

do this as well!

    HEY CHRIS--AFTER READING ABOUT THE NIGHT EATING I GUESS I SHOULDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ACID REFLUX. IT'S WORSE AT NIGHT SO I'VE FINALLY QUIT EATING ANYTHING AFTER DINNER OR I KNOW I'LL BE UP BEING SICK.
I ALSO HAVE A NIECE WHO HAD HER STOMACH STAPLED AND SHE IS BIGGER THAN EVER. I TRIED TELLING HER ABOUT SPARKS BUT SHE DIDN'T SEEM INTERESTED. I LOVE SPARKS NOT ONLY BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT LOSS BUT ALSO THE MANY WONDERFUL FRIENDS I'VE MADE.

    You let me know if you figure out how to keep calories down in the late evening. I do great up through supper...and then I go into sabotage mode. You keep up the good work. You do have a grand plan in the big scheme of things.

    I knew a man who had his stomach stapled(years ago) he popped the staples. His stomach than was not big and round it was cone with point around the belly button area. I do not think he ever learned to change his diet. He is a person I think of and keep working on exercise and find a new recipe to try.

    I have a desire to eat in the evenings as well. I usually have a serving of almonds when I am making my meals for work the next day. That and an occasional glass of milk.
