Good Day for me and You?

Had a good day overall and fun night last night visiting family and friends .

The wife drove me to the country and i had a few drinks with my nephew

and chatted with my Mom as well. We plan on purchasing some plants

together from gourneys online.



Day 213 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? Yes !


Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !! emoticon

To exercise with little to no pain most days! emoticon


1) eating right? Yes. emoticon


2)calories in healthy range ( 1700 to 2250)

calories eaten ? yesterday ~~ 3200 today 2650 closer

3)exercise: ? yesterday ~ 2.5 today1





calories burned walking alone ? yesterday ~~ 207 today 110

Roto Tiller tire broke(brand new...)

So I had to go buy a new tube and fix it by the time it was

fixed the rain had returned... So I got one new ground broke

up almost all the way before it busted on me. It is fully repaired

and waiting on the rain again. Did get a good hour of workout with

it before it busted and that helps. Also got some workout on the

heavy bag . Plan to do some weight workouts today and my

stair step test this afternoon when the wife gets up before work.

    WHAT A BUMMER HAVING A BRAND NEW TILLER HAVE PROBLEMS. HOPE THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE. IT'S STILL TOO WET HERE TO DO ANY GROUND PREPARATION. THE SNOW IS GONE BUT NOW WE'VE HAD SO MUCH RAIN THAT THE FIELDS ARE FLOODED.

Planting Day !

Finally not much if any rain yesterday and none so far today.

I am going to attempt to till up our 3 mini garden areas!

When the wife gets up from her nap after working last night

she can plant some of the yummy plants.

    Has the Nutrition Tracker adjusted your calorie expectations with the additional exercise? The rototiller will beat you to death and I'm sure you're burning significant calories as a result. Like Sherry said...don't let the scale get you. Its not the only measure of how well you are doing. Keep fighting the good fight, buddy.

    GOOD JOB CHRIS; A VERY GOOD FIRST ATTEMPT. NEXT TIME THOUGH CUT BACK SLIGHTLY ON THE FILLING AND INCREASE THE CHOCOLATE. HOWEVER, IT IS YUMMY AND THE PROBLEM IS YOU FIND THAT ONE PIECE IS NEVER ENOUGH SO I LEAVE WELL ALONE. AND NO, I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN TEMPTED. I HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR 'LITTLE' PIECE, BUT I WOULD LOVE TOKNOW WHAT YOUR DEFINITION OF LITTLE IS, LOL.

Day 210 I am still here

calories eaten ? yesterday ~~ 3523 today 3525 ..so um no

I ate most of my calories in bagels before my workout loading the

pallets and then shopping. Hopefully burned some of it off.

4 days until next weigh in and I need to get this calories a little

more in control. when i work out a lot i feel famished and instead

of losing the weight I go ahead and eat the snack... grr Got to get

my mindset right again..or workout a lot more .... lol

Tore a muscle in my chest lifting the pallets a fellow gave

e me onto my trailer this morning after our Sonrise service..

Ouch . I think its minor since I did not feel it until after waking from

my little nap. My 14 foot trailer is heaped up high so hopefully I can

put the wood or /and the pallets to use soon.

    You are doing SO great!! If I can EVER get rid of this daggone swollen foot I am SO READY to get on with my "standing up part" of my new workout!!!
Keep up the good work, hope your chest feels better...I had 3, yes 3 naps today! I was a TIRED Easter Bunny with early Mass this morning!

    Keep up the good work. Sorry to hear you got injured. Hope its minor and is gone in no time. Not every day is a 10. I think you're burning those calories. Did you count lifting the pallets?
