Closing in on 200 ! 193 down !

Day 193 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? Yes !

Worked from 650 am to 8 pm on the cabin build today.

Cut and lifted some heavy logs ... used a winch and block and

tackle (homemade)... Finished most of the loft floor lacking

some supports.. A awesome day indeed . My helper showed up at noon

so I got to work alone for a while and plan out some things.. It actually

Helped with the less noise and nature sounds and warm 60 ish weather

too! emoticon

Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !! emoticon

To exercise with little to no pain most days! emoticon


1) eating right? Yes. emoticon


2)calories in healthy range ( 1700 to 2250) emoticon

calories eaten ? yesterday ~~ 1808 today 2083 emoticon

Day 192 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? Yes ! emoticon

Worked from 630 am to 815 pm on the cabin build today.

Cut and lifted some heavy logs and have another day

of it tomorrow...

Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !!

To exercise with little to no pain most days! emoticon


1) eating right? Yes. emoticon


2)calories in healthy range ( 1700 to 2250)

calories eaten ? yesterday ~~ 2258 today 1808

3 days in a row baby a streak is forming!



3)exercise: ? yesterday ~ 2.1 today 2.75



calories burned walking alone ? yesterday ~~ 210 today 180

Day 191 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? Yes ! emoticon

Things went super well after 2, today.

I think it was because of our walk at the Zoo ..

We was only there for a little while before going and

picking up some items but it got my blood pumping.

This inspires me to do 10 minutes every morning on

the treadmill. Even when I am going to go to work on the

cabin that day! a daily exercise to get the good feeling going.

Well for 9 more days after I hit day 200 I can re- evaluate

things..again emoticon

    Thanks for sharing today! Take it one day at a time and don't have unrealistic expectations of the 10 days. You have what it takes in so many ways. Sorry you're a bit down 'cause of the rain. I'm a bit down cause our farmers are suffering for lack of rain. We're actually in drought conditions. Here's wishing you continued success.
