Piano delayed my land work

I got a free piano today.

Wow what a job loading it!

Oh well off to unload it and head to the land for a half a day!

Day 180 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? Yes ! emoticon

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !!

To exercise with little to no pain most days! emoticon


1) eating right? Yes. emoticon


2)calories in healthy range ( 1700 to 2250) YES

calories eaten ? yesterday~~ 2020 emoticon 3112 worked hard and ate regular for the work done. (more then 10 hours of labor work)



3)exercise: ? yesterday ~ 5.20 miles emoticon 2.4 miles emoticon



calories burned walking alone (200 plus is new goal) ? yesterday ~ 665 emoticon today 145




4) blog for motivation? YES emoticon

I am still here due to 2 people mainly ...Many others have helped at different times but 2 are the finalists.

Sherry for being there for me week in and week out encouraging me

and uplifting me .. You have even scolded me like the bad boy I am

at times.

Elymwx for being my role model to a healthier me .

When I get down I see his thin face and healthy smile and know

I too can be like Mike... but my Micheal Jordon is Elymwx !!

Thank you both and so many others in my Spark and Real life !!

I did my first 5 K just to see if I could. emoticon

It was hard but I am happy I did it. emoticon

500 plus calories burnt in less then a hour! emoticon

That was the part I liked the best.

The second thing I enjoyed was setting a number to beat in

the future!

5 K in 45 minutes and 25 seconds ! emoticon

I ran , walked and jogged .

I now have a time to beat.

I will work towards beating it every week and setting new times.

Tomorrow I get to work on my cabin again Yea !!

I can not waite to get some stuff done!

Yea Yea I know ... I been working my system for months

now and still allow the old man to drop by from time to time.

I limited the BINGE to raisin bran trying to justify it but it was

still over eating and not good for me mentally , or physically.

I am sabotaging my work and a day of self control and exercise

is diminished by the old man Benji. I seem to work in cycles of this ..

I do great for a month or so and then have a off week. It has been about

4 days now and I will continue to work forward and before I do eat the

late night snack I will try and remember all the work I did that day.

    I do the same. I usually binge on potato chips. Ate a half bag the other day. Insanity.

    Overall you are pretty good. If you only binge every few weeks then I think you could only undo a few days worth. I usually binge almost every week, so I undo all my work for the week and end up where I started. I try to learn from it, why did I do that?? The last time I binged was tuesday when I was told I was too sick to work so I was like oh, well I'm sick I should get some ckn noodle soup and ice cream. I also got a Pizza and 6pk of chocolate glazed doughnuts. Comfort foods. So I made a list of things to do instead of junk. I think if you learn from it and take it with you the next time you want to binge then that is a accomplishment.

    We all go through those binges Chris.......... the most important thing is to not keep it going...... time to get back on the wagon....... all the hard work you have put yourself through for a couple of dishes of cereal is not worth it anymore..... I'm glad to see your still doing your cardio.. get back to your healthy eating...... You can do this.. emoticon

I am in a great Mood today .

1st off , I will give you a little back story to help you understand why...

My wife works nights and I emailed her right after my blog late last night.

When she got home this morning she worked extra hard before going to bed to

encourage me and uplift me ...also asked me like 4 times to make sure

I was going to get on the treadmill and get my exercise

thang back on track.

It uplifts you when the girl you love does the extra mile for ya!

( note she already does more then she should)

Having a Hawt wife helps to motivate me to get in better shape

but having a uplifting one is EVEN better to get me there!

Praise God for MY HAWTEE !!! emoticon

down couple of days

cabin job have been dull. I can not waite to get back over there

and get some more done. The rain has been delaying it and

I guess i am allowing it to get me down somehow. Anyways ..
