249 __ Vacation amusement park !
Vacation to Universal studios / Disney in Florida and visit my family there!!!

Mini goals:

Master kinect dance central .

Strength:
3 minute pushups test goal 150 (122 current)__ New pics for my sparkpage, free 1,000 calories and a movie out !

bench 300 pounds max out(240 current)__ Meal out!

curl 60 pounds each arm 10 times(40 now,60 7 times)__ TBD ,meal out!
Pushups 5 reps 1 kid on back__ New Everlast shirt and shorts/joggers
Pushups 10 reps 1 kid on back__ Day off workout/and calories count
Pushups 5 reps 2 kids on back __ 3 days of rest from strength training!






Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

My summer haircut

no after pic yet but hopefully soon ....





I recently watched the movie Avenger's and I feel like the Hulk sometimes.

I have always been the strongest guy in the group and most of the times

I still am at 40 but the extra fat pounds have got to go and like the Hulk

I want to slim down into a smaller version of my self.

I think I will settle to have the strength and not have to show it....

Ok so Yesterday was 1 week after my 30 day CHIP's

classes ended and I have continued to stick with the plan.

We had a graduation and got our blood work results back along with

a great Potluck as well!

My results after 37 days were:

4.8 pounds gone

Cholesterol down from 284 to 244 (no medicines) and dropping

My blood pressure has went from 127 over 80 to (resting ) of 94 over 54

For a big guy in transition to becoming a smaller belt size guy...

I am already feeling smaller and loving it! I can not explain the

awareness and well less sluggishness I feel now....

BUT I AM LOVING IT!

I can walk 5 miles without a thought any more!

(not just from 30 days has taken years to build up to that)

Hey everyone ,

I posted on my last blog this:

I am thinking.... I may have finally found an end to my yoyo dieting for 20 years!

I will update more later, but CHIP program encourages eating foods as grown.

I love that they also do not require you to count calories. This has been a load

off and I have still lost 3 pounds so far over 11 days. The program is very educational

and I have learned so much that I think I will totally reverse my BAD cholesterol

in a couple of months!

I am feeling better and fitting back into my new smaller size

clothes( I had gotten out of) again. emoticon


So after 30 day I feel even better and am able to work longer

and harder with less effort. Thanks CHIP PLAN

Here are some photos of my own raised beds planted and

2 4x8 ones, then a 24 foot by 48 one and a 24x8 ones.

Yo yo is done?

Hey everyone ,

I am thinking.... I may have finally found an end to my yoyo dieting for 20 years!

I will update more later, but CHIP program encourages eating foods as grown.

This is a video of the upper most part of the falls . It was a winding and challenging trail to this point and we enjoyed it very much ! We were at Hendersonville , N.C. area near Dupont Falls .

    How awesome. My brother and SIL live(and homeschool) in the Hendersonville area. When they watched my older girls last fall they took them on many trail walks near the falls in that area. I wish I could have accompanied them.
