Day 19 New Life Plan
Having an awesome DAY !
It is day 19 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great ??? Excellent
1) eating right? Yes !
2)calories in healthy range? Yes !
3)exercise ? 4miles walking at the mall, found some nice shirts for 5 bucks too hehe __ miles rest of days activities .
calories burned walking alone 1100
calories eaten 1840
4) blog for motivation? Check !
5) read other blogs and posts for extra motivation? Check !
6) weight loss-not required but nice to see--? lost 1.6 pound .
7 day lost 2 pounds .
16 day start 295.8 loss 3.8 pounds-
7) Did I get 7 hours of sleep last night? 9 hours ..tossed and turned so grabbing a nap.Nap was great I am much better now.
8) How do I feel about my progress... scale 1 to 10 ? 9 was lacking on rest and sure could tell during my walking aches n Paine's were a plenty.I am going to take it easy tomorrow as well as Sat. Will go all out for 11 plus miles again on sunday. I think my little 3 to 4 mile hikes slowly shouldnt hurt ne thing.
