It is day 15 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great ??? OK
1) eating right? Yes !
2)calories in healthy range? Yes !
3)exercise ? 3 mile hike , total 6.9 mile !
4) blog for motivation? Check !
5) read other blogs and posts for extra motivation? Check !
6) weight loss-not required but nice to see--? gained .2
7 day lost 1.8 pounds .
12 day start 295.8 loss .8 pounds-
7) Did I get 7 hours of sleep last night? yes
8) How do I feel about my progress scale 1 to 10 ? 3 . I am doing something totally wrong. I was losing 3 to 4 pounds a week when I was on sparkpeople in january .
Workout more you say? I have worked out more since I started my New life plan then any other time in my life. I have went like 25 days without really losing anything. Inches , weight(maybe a pound max) nothing... Very frustrating. I am not quiting but I am going to do some research today for motivation... research done Plateau reached ...Bought a big hammer..going to beat this thing!!!
edit the day after: I find it amazing how one day could have broken the old me . I always was looking for the reason to quit .. Now I look at the reason why not too!
