It is day 9 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great ??? mostly !
1) eating right? Check !
2)calories in healthy range? Check !
3)exercise ? 60 minutes at the mall walking !
4) blog for motivation? Check !
5) read other blogs and posts for extra motivation? Check !
6) weight loss-not required but nice to see--? no
.6 pounds back up from yesterdays , down 3.9 for the last 9 days
291.8 today .. Feeling OK
7) Did I get 7 hours of sleep last night? 8
8) How do I feel about my progress scale 1 to 10 ? 7
I am very irritable today everything bothers me ..I don't get it
I have issues snapping over every little thing ..I feel like i just quit smoking or something..grr
