I have not been blogging lately. In my free time lately I enjoy laying in bed and watching documentaries. Other then that working and exercising. I did my last long run today before the half marathon. Other then that run I am just doing smaller exercises and saving up my energy. I am only gonna burn 2500 calories before Saturday, yikes! I am pretty sure I will burn around 2000-2500 at the half marathon so I need to just save up the energy for that day. I am getting all excited!! Right now there is a chance of rain, so we will see. I have been experimenting with running with coffee in my system and none. My heartrate stays much better with no coffee in my system. I have a better run that way and a lot less out of breath. I took the advice from the Twofitchicks podcast. I get up eat a small banana and then go out and run. The banana is usually perfect for a morning run instead a full breakfast u have to wait 45-60 minutes to digest. I have photos from me standing with Scott last yr at this marathon. I weighed 208 in the pictures so I have lost 34 lbs so far from last yr. The comparison pics from last yr to this yr should be interesting.
Facebook is kinda crazy, everyone is on there. Which is not such a good thing. For some stupid reason I added my uncle. Who is calling my mom now and tells her about my status messages. I wonder if I can pretty much block everything he sees. It just really pisses me off he's telling my mom stuff that is almost trying to turn her against me. Don't make friends with your family, bad idea. I don't put anything bad about her but he acts like since she's not on facebook she is missing out on so much. If I can't call her in a week, she hears stuff about me thru him. Really annoying, family reunions, high school reunions, telephone books, what is the point anymore with facebook. You can find all new reasons to hate friends, classmates and family via facebook.
The body I am working to get back to. I doubt my stomach will ever be flat like this
