Wednesday, Thursday, Friday you throw me for a loop. You three always get me to abandon my healthy ways. I start so good on Monday, follow through on Tuesday and then, Bammm! I am tired from work, I deserve a treat, and can be lazy just because I worked hard the past two days. The excuses for these three days are limitless.
I now know what throws me off. I know what goes through my mind those three days. Now its time to find a way to turn those excuses into motivation to achieve my health and weight loss goal. I am going to lose 20 pounds, it will ust come off quicker when I find out how to beat my own excuses!
