O.K., so February is almost over and instead of the 10 lbs. I had hoped to loose by the end of February, it's 7 lb.s Not bad considering how inconsistent I am. I'm good through the week and there's just something about the weekend! I know it's because I'm busy running around and I don't have my set time to eat breakfast before I leave for work and I don't have my little packed lunch ready for me like I do at work and then by the time Friday nights runs around, we're exhausted and don't want to cook anything so frozen pizza sounds good. Oh and how about a bowl of ice cream or maybe some popcorn to watch the family moive. Saturday morning the girls want homemade pancakes or waffles and then I add blueberries and they're so yummy and then finally after all the basketball games, softball practice, etc. we're back home so let's have frozen pizza again! You get the picture. It's a bunch of excuses, but it's reality. So, I'm going to keep up the good work during the week and do the best I can during the weekends. Spring & Summer bring a lot more opportunities and desirable (to me) exercise so here's to Spring!
