O.K., I justs completed 3 weeks on BLC. Not a very stellar performance thus far. I have lost 2.4 lbs. in 3 weeks. Normally I would be satisified, but I really wanted to pull some big ###'s. for my team! However, I seem to "loose it" during the weekends. The only thing that saves me is I stay pretty busy and active, so I'm probably burning all those extra calories! Also, (and I know this is an excuse), my favorite exercise is walking and if I can't do a mid-morning walk @ work, it's really hot. Last night I walked at 8:15 and it was still 90 degrees. The only time I can walk at work is when my boss is out of the office. I'm usually chained to my desk when he's there. Don't feel too sorry for me, I have great hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m) and would have plenty of time to walk after work, but it's so darn hot! Anyway, I'm still managing to get in at least 20 minutes a day, so I just have to watch the calories!
