That has got to be a good sign. My workout shorts were starting to fall off so I had to go buy a medium! Not seeing much movement on the scale but it seems I'm toning.

Maybe we should be measured by the clothes that fall off and not the scale. I've been on a plateau and yet more clothes are too big.

End to coffee creamer guilt

I have had this guilt over my liquid vanilla flavered coffee creamer. Just couldn't give it up. I found a great re[lacement. I now use vanilla lean protein shake as a creamer. Boosting my protien intake without all the sugar. :)

5 weeks of weight training

I finished my fifth week, ya!!!! I went up on the weights this time. Also doing 20 min on the treadmill after the weight routine. How long will it be before I notice the toning?

joined a gym

I joined a gym about a block from where I work. I plan to work out on weights on my lunch hour or before I go in. They are helping me set up a routine. I plan on concentrating more on toning up then on my weight.
