snack troubles

I have had trouble with what I have been eating lately. I walk through the kitchen and eat whatever is available and I'm not even hungry.
I have given up all the snack foods for lent and now 2 days later I still haven't eaten any. I am also drinking more protein drinks. I like to add protien powder to my coffee. emoticon

    Great job on your plan to manage snacking and increase protein. I add Click protein to my coffee. I find I have to make it as follows to avoid "clumps"! I mix the protein powder in about 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. A shaker works best to do this. I then stir it into my hot coffee. The other brand that is good is Chike - these can be made as an iced coffee and it is also delicious!

keeping on track

I have had a hard time lately keeping on track with my weight lose goal of 140. I have come close but not there yet. I fluctuate between 150 and 145. I am trying real hard to make it this month. emoticon
